CITY OF FORT WORTH
' RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT

Whereas, this RENEWAL AGREEMENT is between the City of Fort Worth,
`("CITY'), and Adrian Murphy d/b/a Leadership Traffic Services, ("ENGINEER"),
which renews the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT (City Secretary #45847), said
ORIGINAL AGREEMENT having been administratively approved on August 12,
2014, for the PROJECT generally described as: review of site plans, traffic impact
studies and other development-related items.
Whereas, the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT provided for one renewal option;
and
Whereas, the CITY and ENGINEER desire to renew the ORIGINAL
AGREEMENT subject to any modifications made herein;
Now, therefore, the parties hereto agree as follows:
Article I
The Scope of Services as set forth in the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT has not
changed.
Article II
The ENGINEER's compensation, as set forth in the ORIGINAL
AGREEMENT has not changed.
Article III
Pursuant to Article IV, Section M. of the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT, this
RENEWAL AGREEMENT shall terminate on September 30, 2016.
Article IV
Article IV, Section M. of the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT, shall not be
extended beyond the term as written therein.
Article V
There are no other changes to the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT.
Duly EXECUTED by authorized representatives of the CITY and ENGINEER to be
