APPENDIX B-52
Sentari Technologies, Inc.

In accordance with the Professional Services Agreement signed between Sentari
Technologies, Inc. ("Contractor") and the City of Fort Worth ("Client" or "City") effective
as of November 6, 2013 and approved by M&C C-26551 on November 5, 2013 (the
"Agreement"), this Appendix B-52 is incorporated into the Professional Services
Agreement and hereby reads as follows:
1. The term of this work order shall be extended to end when all services have
been completed under this work order as contemplated herein, but not later
than the end date set forth below.
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Professional Services Agreement, specifically the services to be provided
under Section 1 of said agreement.
3. The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be as follows:
SECURITY NETWORK ENGINEER
A. Administration and support of Palo Alto implementation and transition from
Checkpoint firewalls and Blue Coat Proxy
1) Implement and maintain firewall rule migration, URL filtering, DLP, and
rules cleanup.
2) Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, processes and
guidelines for firewall operations, support and maintenance.
3) Configure and maintain IPSEC VPN, Proxy and SSL; includes advance
networking and TCP/IP
4) Complete tickets associated with adding, moving or decommissioning of
policy
5) Implement new internet connectivity and transition services and security
B. Administration, support of A10 Load balancer implementation from F5
1) Migrate services from ISA2006 to new ASM
2) Implement and maintain A10 LTM, ASM, and APM and migrate rules and
cleanup
C. Administration, support of Datacenter core network
1) Support, maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Nexus Datacenter core
2) Support, maintain and troubleshoot FEX and WAN aggregation networks
3) Support, maintain, develop and implement relevant performance and
statistical reports and documentation
4) Assist and collaborate as a subject matter expert in Palo Alto, A10, and
Cisco Nexus

4. Personnel assigned to provide services under this Work Order:

Payment Terms:
Payment Rate: $135.03 per hour
5. This Appendix B-52 shall terminate immediately in the event the contract
personnel does not begin to provide contract services to the City under this
Appendix as of the Start Date stated above. If the contract personnel begins
to provide services, but Contractor provides notice to the City that the contract
personnel will no longer provide services under the Appendix, and such
notice is effective prior to the End Date stated above, then this Appendix shall
terminate immediately as of the effective date of the notice from Contractor.
