Al DiCristofaro(DiCristofaro)and The Retirement Store,Inc.(TRS)have entered into an agreement
pursuant to which its business will be acquired by Bogdahn Consulting, LLC("Bogdahn"). Bogdahn is a
well-respected investment adviser servicing relationships around the country.Bogdahn's acquisition,which
closed December 319,2015,will not cause any interruption in DiCristofaro's or TRS's business or client
service.
DiCristofaro will become an employee of Bogdahn, and you will continue to be serviced by the
person you know and trust at TRS along with additional resources from Bogdahn. Although TRS's
business will continue under the Bogdahn name,we are confident that TRS's clients will receive the same
high level of service they have grown accustomed to DiCristofaro providing, with the added benefit of
having additional Bogdahn resources available to TRS's valued clients.
The transaction between Bogdahn and DiCristofaro and TRS will result in an assignment of
DiCristofaro's and IRS's assets to Bogdahn. Your investment advisory contract with TRS may not,
however,be assigned by TRS unless you consent.For that reason, DiCristofaro and TRS request that you
consent to the assignment. To simplify the giving and obtaining of the consent,we ask that you sign and
date this notice in the space provided below and return a signed copy to TRS at 10305 Yucca Drive,Austin,
TX 78759. Also,please do not hesitate to call us if you have any questions.

Client Consent:
The undersigned("Client")consents to the assignment of its_ JCA VlT(¢,20)(p investment
advisory contract with TRS (the "Contract")to Bogdahn. Client also consents and agrees that effective
immediately, the Contract is amended by the addition of a new paragraph, which reads as
follows: "Assignment. No assignment of this Contract may be made by the investment adviser without
Client's consent."
