Effective Date:Addendum Execution Date 1. Fees for the First,Second and Third Year of the Extension Agreement from the Effective Date. • Annual Subscription Fee New Term Year 1 September 14,2015 $17,915.00 • Annual Subscription Fee New Term Year 2 September 14,2016 $17,915.00 • Annual Subscription Fee New Term Year 3 September 14,2017 $17,915.00 FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS. The one-time Implementation Fee (if applicable) and the recurring Annual Subscription Fee for Year 1 are due and payable in US Dollars on the Dates described on this Product Order Form. The Annual Subscription Fee for subsequent years are due in US Dollars on each anniversary of the Effective Date and payable within thirty (30) days of date of invoice. Upon execution of this product order document,payment obligations for Year 1 are non-cancelable,and all payments made by Customer are non-refundable,except as expressly provided in the License and Hosted Service Terms. All products purchased under this Agreement are available via electronic download only.No tangible media or documentation will be available or shipped under this Agreement. Access to the products purchased under this Agreement is in no way dependent upon any tangible media that may have been received prior to, or separately from this Agreement. After year 3 the agreement will autorenew and the annual subscription fee will increase by 12%year over year unless Customer gives written notice of cancellation 30 days prior to the third anniversary of the Effective Date. "For BookLook,the Customer's library ILS must support an ISBN search or the MARC records must contain the ISBN. For BookCheck,Boopsie will create a scanning checkout module to allow patrons to scan a book's barcode and bypass the checkout librarian. This feature will integrate with the SIP2 protocol that Customer provides. It is Customer's responsibility to make sure that the SIP2 protocol provided to Boopsie permits the requested checkout feature. Boopsie will integrate this feature with the iPhone and Android operating systems as well as investigate the feature's viability on other platforms.
