Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between the City of Fort Worth and Tarleton State
University regarding BAAS credit for the police academy
City Secretary Contract ("CSC")No. 43220
Renewal Term: February 1, 2016—January 31, 2017
The first renewal option of above-referenced MOU expired on January 31, 2016. Pursuant to the MOU,
renewals are at the mutual agreement of the parties. This letter is to inform you that the City requests to exercise
the second and final renewal option of CSC No. 43220. The second renewal option will begin immediately and
will end on January 31, 2017. All other terms and conditions of CSC No. 43220 remain unchanged. Please
return this signed acknowledgement letter, along with a copy of your current insurance certificate, to the
address set forth below.
