FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO.47400
This Amendment is made between the City of Fort Worth("CITY"),a municipal corporation,acting
herein by and through Jesus J. Chapa,its duly authorized Assistant City Manager and SP Plus
Corporation("OPERATOR"),acting herein through Christopher B. Conley,its duly authorized Senior
Vice President.
WHEREAS,CITY and OPERATOR entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No.47400 for a period of five years beginning February 1,2016; and
WHEREAS,it is the collective desire of both CITY and OPERATOR to amend the Agreement to
change the payment terns process for reimbursement of operating expenses.
NOW THEREFORE,KNOWN ALL BY THESE PRESENT:
Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No.47400 is hereby amended to be effective on February 1,2016 by:
1. Replacing Section 3.4 to read as follows:
3.4. PAYMENT TERMS: On or before the fifteenth day of each month, OPERATOR shall
submit to CITY an invoice for the prior month's Operating Expenses and Management Fees
together with such supporting detail to document the Operating Expenses. The CITY shall remit
payment of each invoice within thirty days of receipt of the invoice.
All other terms,provisions,conditions,covenants and recitals of said Agreement not expressly amended
herein shall remain in full force and effect.
