The change order will provide an additional pay item for pre-construction TV inspection(to locate existing service connections)of the
sewer main(currently located behind the curb)on Edgewood Terrace prior to relocating the main into street right-of-way.The pay item was
inadvertently omitted at the time the project was advertised for bid.
