RE: Amendment No. 7 to Job Order Contract (City Secretary Contract Number 43453)
Dear Ms. Cope:
The City and The Mark IV Construction Group LLC executed a Job Order Service Contract (City
Secretary Contract No. 43453) on July 28, 2012 for a period of one-year with options to renew for four
additional one-year periods, with the aggregate amount of work orders not to exceed $1,500.000.00 in
any one-year term. (M&C C-25726).
M&C C-26063, approved on January 15, 2013, authorized Amendment No. 1 to City Secretary Contract
No. 43453, in the amount of $1,076,000.00 to increase the not-to-exceed expenditure amount from
$1,500,000.00 to $2,576,000.00 for the contract year July 2012 to July 2013.
Amendment No. 2 to City Secretary Contract No. 43453 was executed to renew the Contract for an
additional one-year period, effective from July 28, 2013 to July 27, 2014.
Amendment No. 3 to City Secretary Contract No. 43453 was executed to renew the Contract for an
additional one-year period, effective from July 28, 2013 to July 27, 2014, and to increase the total
amount for that period from $1,500,000.00 to $2,309,019.13.
Amendment No. 4 to City Secretary Contract No. 43453 was executed to renew the Contract for an
additional one-year period, effective from July 28, 2014 to July 27, 2015.
Amendment No. 5 to City Secretary Contract No. 43453 was executed to increase the total amount of
contract for the period of July 28, 2014 to July 27, 2015 from $1,500,000.00 to $2,112,326.39.
Amendment No. 6 to City Secretary Contract No. 43453 was executed to renew the Contract for an
additional one-year period effective from July 28, 2015 to July 27, 2016.
Now, Therefore, In accordance with Article 5 (Term of Contract) of the Job Order Contract authorized
by M&C C-25726 on July 17, 2012, City Secretary Contract No. 43453, the City of Fort Worth and The
Mark IV Construction Group, LLC, hereby agree to execute Amendment No. 7 to renew the Contract for
an additional one-year period beginning July 28, 2016, and terminating July 27, 2017, in an amount not
to exceed $1,500,000.00.
