FIRST AMENDMENT TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 47786
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to City Secretary Contract No. 47786 is entered into by and
between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a home-rule municipality in the State of Texas
and the Tarrant Regional Water District ("Contractor").
WHEREAS, the City and the Tarrant Regional Water District. have entered into that
certain agreement identified as City Secretary Contract No. 47786 (also the "Contract')
commencing on May 16, 2016 for the loan of five Big Belly Solar Trash Compactors;
and
WHEREAS, the initial Contract provided for the loan of five Big Belly Solar Trash
Compactors and the parties wish to increase the number of loaned Big Bellies to ten;
and
WHEREAS, the parties agree that all other conditions, terms, and pricing shall remain
the same as stated in City Secretary Contract No. 47786;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein,
and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are
hereby acknowledged and confessed, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. The parties agree to increase the loan agreement from five (5) Big Belly brand
trash receptacles to ten (10).
2. All other definitions, terms, and conditions of City Secretary Contract number
47786 shall remain unchanged except as expressly set forth herein.
