City Code Section 35,Article III"Charges"as applicable; and The owner understands that he/she is responsible for any related impact fees, tap fees, meter deposits,front foot charge, per acre charge,water main capacity charge and extension under CFA or miscellaneous project. City Code Section 26-2 A 01.2 as applicable; and The owner needs to apply for a plumbing permit with the Fort Worth Planning &Development Department to connect to the City of Fort Worth water and/or sanitary sewer lines despite the property is in the county. 5. City Code Section 12.5,Article V"Public Drinking Water"and Chapter 35,Article VII "Installation & Maintenance of Irrigation System"as applicable. Authorize the Water Department to provide water service at 1.25 times the retail rate to serve eight duplexes for Ms. Paula Wells located east of the BNSF Railroad and North of Crowley-Cleburne N. Road in Tarrant County, outside of the Fort Worth city limits; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for such service. DISCUSSION: Ms. Paula Wells has submitted a request to receive water service from the existing City of Fort Worth water system for eight duplexes located at 10128 Suzy K Street. The eight inch water main extension will be constructed north of N. Crowley-Cleburne Road to service these duplexes. The legal description of this 2.564 acre property is Tract 2E03 out of the Moody, Thos O Survey, Abstract 1070 located west of the intersection of Crowley Road and N. Crowley-Cleburne Road located in County land (see attached map). The system is currently served by private well. The property is located inside the Fort Worth Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN). Ms. Paula Wells has agreed to pay all fees and charges associated with the connection. The property owner also understands that rates charged will be 1.25 times the retail rates charged to customers inside the City of Fort Worth until such time as the property may be annexed. This property is located adjacent to COUNCIL DISTRICT 6. This M&C does not request approval of a contract with a business entity. FISCAL INFORMATION/CERTIFICATION: The Director of Finance certifies that the Water Department will be responsible for collection of funds due to the City as a result of this Agreement.
