WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth ("City") and Hahnfeld Associates, Architects and Planners, Inc. made
and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 40243 (The Contract) which was authorized by the City
Council by M&C C-24215, the 11th day of May, 2010; and Amendment Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7,11, 12,13, and
14 were administratively executed in the amount of $136,505.00 for additional topographic surveys, cost
estimates, underground utilities survey, utility easement, new tenant lease space, new FBO revisions, new
FBO tenant finishout design services and new FBO landscape design changes; and Amendment No. 5
was approved by M&C C-24980 on June 14, 2011 to complete the design and provide construction
administration services in the additional amount of $985,732.50 plus up to $63,680.00 in reimbursable
expenses; and Amendment No. 8 was approved by M&C C-26111 on February 19, 2013 to redesign the
Project's approved site and revise completed drawings in the additional amount of $85,505.00 plus up to
$2,365.00 in reimbursable expenses; and Amendment No.9 was approved by M&C C-26504 on October
15, 2013 for additional redesign fees to accommodate a new FBO within the terminal building in the
additional amount of $317,917.00 without additional reimbursable expenses; and Amendment No. 10 was
approved by M&C C-26712 on March 18, 2014 for additional redesign fees to accommodate a new FBO
within the terminal building in the additional amount of$120,473.00 without additional reimbursable;
WHEREAS, further amendment is necessary to incorporate additional requested architectural and civil
engineering design services and changes in the construction drawings to accommodate a new FBO
tenant finishout requested revisions;
NOW THEREFORE, City and Hahnfeld Associates, Architects and Planners, Inc. d/b/a Hahnfeld Hoffer
Stanford Architects Planner Interiors ("Architect"), collectively (the "Parties") acting by and through their
duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement:

Article 1.1, SECTION I—SERVICES OF THE ARCHITECT, a paragraph is added to read as follows:
"Provide additional design services to further modify the Project's currently approved architectural
and landscape plans in order to incorporate the new FBO landscaping design requested revisions.
The Total Cost of these additional services is $6,595.00 without additional reimbursable expense
fees. The scope of services are described more fully in the following Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford's
letter, Attachment "A" dated March 28, 2016 subject: Amendment Proposal for Additional
Services — Design Services for Redesign of Landscape, Meacham Airport Terminal Building
Renovation — Phase 2 including this letter's attachments noted as Exhibits "A" & "B". Attachment
"A"is attached hereto, and made a part of this Agreement."

Paragraph 1 of SECTION V- COMPENSATION TO ARCHITECT, is amended as follows:
"The total compensation for all of the assignments to be performed by Architect to complete the
Projects as described in CHARACTER AND EXTENT of ARCHITECT'S SERVICES as
addressed in City Secretary Contract No. 40243 and Amendment Nos. 1 through 14 and hereof
shall be $1,898,942.50, hereinafter referred to as the 'total fee', plus up to $79,245.00 in
reimbursable expenses."

All other provisions of this Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and
eff ect.

Meacham Airport Terminal Building Renovation-Phase 2
Dear Mr. Meza:
As requested by the City of Fort Worth Aviation Department, I am sending you this proposal for the re-
design of the Meacham Airport Terminal Building Renovation Project Landscape as requested by your
tenant,American Aero. These design changes include the selection of new plants not previously used in
our design and removal of some plant types around the Renovated Terminal Building.
Our proposal includes the necessary design costs to issue drawings for construction, and the
management costs to coordinate the project with the FBO Architect Schenkel Shultz,for a lump sum fee
of $6,595.00 (Six Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Five Dollars, and No Cents. No additional
Reimbursable Expenses will be required for this amendment beyond the base contract amount.
Our Proposal includes the attached exhibits; Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford Fee Summary, and a LTS Fee
Proposal are attached hereto and part of Exhibit A and B respectively.

Landscape Architecture Modification Design Services
Dear Mr. Claycamp:
We are pleased to submit our priced proposal for landscape and irrigation design modification services on
the above referenced project. My understanding is the scope of work and related site information for the
project are included in the following project design approach.
Landscape design modifications for Meacham Terminal Building Renovation Project's Front Entry area,
(Main Street), North side of Building, South side Light well, and Parking lot island. Proposed modifications
of the Front Entry area, (Main Street), North side of Building, South side Light well, and Parking lot island
will be modified to conform to the general landscape comments from RVI landscape Architects, dated 01-
19-16. We do not anticipate any modifications to plans for Meacham Terminal Building Renovation
Project's irrigation system.
Scope of Work:
Services to be provided leading to preparation of the construction documents shall generally follow the
comments from RVI Landscape Architects and requested by Mr. Robert Bass' email dated 01-19-16.
Our estimated fee proposal for landscape, urban forestry, and irrigation design is $3,605.00.
We look forward to a mutually beneficial working relationship during the completion of our tasks for the
