AGREEMENT This Agreement is made and entered into by and between Texas Society to Prevent Blindness, Metro/Tarrant County Branch, and the City of Fort Worth, a Texas municipal corporation. 1 . City Agrees to allow the following municipal golf courses to be listed among the golf clubs and courses participating in the Texas Society to Prevent Blindness Golf Privilege Card, Golf Fore Sight Program; Meadowbrook Golf Course, Sycamore Creek Golf Course, Rockwood Golf Course, Z Boaz Golf Course, and Pecan Valley Golf Course. 2. A cardholder purchasing a card from the Society is allowed to play one round of golf at the above courses without payment of a green fee if one electric golf cart is rented per card. Provided, however, that the card will be valid on weekdays only, during restricted times as outlined on the card (October 1 through March 31 , 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and April 1 through September 30, 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m.), and is not valid on weekends or holidays. 3. The term of this Agreement shall extend from January 1 , 2001 , through December 31 , 2003. As part of our overall marketing and promotions, the Golf Division has participated in this program for the past nine (9) years. The Texas Society to Prevent Blindness is in the process of issuing new golf privilege cards, effective January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001. The agreement allows us to participate in the program for the next three (3) years. The Card is purchased from the Society and when the golfer presents the card at one of the five (5) identified golf courses, he/she is allowed to play one (1) free round of golf, with a full rental on an electric golf cart. The card may be used only on weekdays, during restricted times of low utilization (weekends and holidays are excluded). The municipal courses would benefit from the sale of refreshments, merchandise, cart rentals and publicity from media announcements. The Department of Law has determined that no M&C is required to execute this agreement.
