ADDENDUM TO UNIFIED SIGN AGREEMENT

This Addendum is made part of and supplements the above-referenced agreement
("Agreement") between the City of Fort Worth and Roanoke 35/114 Partners, L.P.; HEI Fort
Worth LP; Churchill at Champions Circle Community, L.P.; LRIC Champions Center, LP,
regarding the Champions Circle Unified Sign Agreement. To the extent of any conflict or
inconsistency between this Addendum and the terms and conditions of the Agreement, this
Addendum shall prevail.
A. Sections 1 and 11 shall be supplemented to add Exhibit A-1, as attached,to Exhibit A.
1. This Unified Sign Agreement covers real property more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "A-l") attached hereto and made a part hereof for all
purposes (the "Property"). 11. The legal description attached hereto as Exhibit
"A-1"is the only property to which this Addendum applies.
B. Section 2 shall be supplemented to add Tanger Fort Worth, LLC to the Agreement as
follows:
2. Tanger Fort Worth, LLC (c/o Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc., 3200 Northline
Avenue, Suite 360, Greensboro, N.C. 27408) is the owner of the property
described in Exhibit "A-1" attached hereto that is subject to this Addendum to
Unified Sign Agreement.
C. Section 3 shall be supplemented to provide that all signs (other than parking lot and
project entry way-finding and directory signage) on the property described in Exhibit "A-1" are
as shown on Exhibit`B-1." The parking lot and project entry way-finding and directory signage
may be in locations as determined by Tanger.
D. This Addendum is not intended to be an amendment or termination as described in
Section 8(a)(i)-(iii) of the Agreement and is not subject to approval of any other owner. No other
owner's consent is required to alter the terms of this Addendum. Further,the City acknowledges
that Section 8(a)(ii) does not apply to the Tanger signs shown on Exhibit`13-1."
E. Unless specified by this Addendum,the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
