FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO.47657
This Amendment is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Fort Worth"), a municipal
corporation, acting herein by and through Jesus J. Chapa, its duly authorized Assistant City
Manager and Xceligent, Inc. ("Xceligent'), acting herein through Glenn Soendke4 its duly
authorized CAO and Assistant Secretary.
WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Xceligent entered into an Agreement identified as Fort
Worth City Secretary Contract No. 47657 for a period beginning March 22, 2016,
("Agreement");and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and Xceligent to amend the
Agreement to extend it for an additional twelve months.
NOW THEREFORE,KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENT:
L Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 47657 is hereby amended by adding the
following at the end of Section 1 of the Subscriber Addendum Special Conditions &
Notes section of the Agreement:
"Starting on October 1, 2016,Fort Worth may extend the Agreement for an additional 12
months through September 30, 2017. The new rate will be $1,015.00 per month or
$12,180.00 annually. Additional renewal options may be agreed upon in writing between
the parties."
2. Fort Worth and Xceligent hereby renew and extend this Agreement from October 1,
2016,through September 30,2017.
3. All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of said Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
