EXTENSION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT
AMERICAN MINIATURE HORSE ASSOCIATION
NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP HORSE SHOW
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth, Texas (City) and the American Miniature
Horse Association (AMHA) have entered into City Secretary Contract No. 23586 (the
Rental Agreement), for certain facilities at the Will Rogers Memorial Center for the
purpose of conducting the American Miniature Horse Association National
Championship Horse Show; and
WHEREAS, City and AMHA desire to extend the term of the Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, this Agreement is made and entered into by and
between City, acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and
AMHA, acting by and through its duly authorized President:
1. EXTENSION OF CONTRACT.
City and AMHA hereby agree to extend the term of the Rental Agreement to
include the 2003 AMHA National Championship Horse Show. The facilities to be
rented shall be as stated in City Secretary Contract No. 23586. The specific show
dates, move in and move out dates are hereby revised as follows:
2001 September 26 through Noon October 8
2002 September 25 through Noon October 7
2003 September 24 through Noon October 6
The payment schedule is hereby revised as follows:
2001 2002 2003
1St Payment February 1 February 1 February 3
2nd Payment August 31 August 30 August 29
3`d Payment November 9 November 8 November 7
1St Payment is $5,000
2nd Payment is $5,000

2. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Except as amended herein, all other terms and conditions of the Rental
Agreement shall continue in force and effect during the extended term.
