To Whom It May Concern:
This document serves to memorialize the agreement between City of Fort Worth-Police Department("Subscriber")and West
Publishing Corporation("West")regarding the modification to the Special Offer Amendment to Subscriber Agreement for
CLEAR Services("Amendment")currently in effect between Subscriber and West. Capitalized terms used,but not defined
herein,will have the meanings given to them in the CLEAR Subscriber Agreement and/or the Amendment.
The Monthly Guarantee(s)will be as follows:
• Effective September 1,2016,Period 3 Monthly Guarantee will be$4,150(not to exceed$49,800 during Period 3)
• Effective August 1,2017,Period 4 Monthly Guarantee will be$4,697
Effective September 1,2016,this agreement is amended to delete the heading on the Special Offer Amendment which read,
"STATE OF TEXAS—COUNCIL ON COMPETITIVE GOVERNMENT COMPUTER ASSISTED LEGAL AND
INVESTIGATIVE RESEARCH SERVICES CONTRACT RFO#CCG-CALIR-20 10-0 1",to reflect that this agreement is no
longer made pursuant to the State Contract.
Except as expressly provided herein,all other terms and conditions of the Amendment will remain unchanged. Please have thi s
document executed by an authorized representative of Subscriber and returned to West,on or before August 29,2016 at 7:00 p.m.
