DLRECTORs This Memorandum of Understanding endorses the effort of Tarrant County Challenge,
David O'Brien Inc., d/b/a Challenge of Tarrant County ("Challenge of Tarrant County`j, to expand and

Bobby Jones publicizing the locations of the drop boxes to the community in all prescription drug
Programs presentations, interviews, and activities.
• Find a substitute placement in another Police Department for the prescription drop
Nancy Gordon boxes and incinerator, should the Fort Worth Police Department opt out of the
CommunitvRelations prescription Drug Take Back Program.

Fort Worth Police Department agrees to:
Mary Margaret Clay e Install prescription drug collection units at two locations to be determined by the
Bobby Jones Police Department.
Work collaboratively with Challenge of Tarrant County to sustain and advance the
Kelly Loftus efforts to provide safe prescription drug collection sites for Fort Worth residents.
Notify Challenge of Tarrant County should the Fort Worth Police Department opt out
Angela Taylor of the Prescription Drug Take Back efforts.
Felix Wong • Provide quarterly updates to Challenge on the amount of prescription drugs collected
and destroyed.
Jennifer A.Gilley Both agencies agree to collaborate on behalf of the health of the citizens of Fort Worth.
Executive Director
This Memorandum of Understanding may be voided by either party with written
notification and will be in effect during the course of the grant from the Health and
Human Service Commis 'On.
