FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE LICENSE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND
SEDONA PRODUCTIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth, a Texas home rule municipal corporation ("City")
entered into a License Agreement (City Secretary Contract No. 47411) effective as of December
30, 2015 with Sedona Productions ("License")to allow use of the empty parking lot spaces
located at 3585 Joyce for temporary parking for events at the Cendera Center; and
WHEREAS, the License expires on September 30, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the City and Sedona Productions desire to amend the License agreement to
provide for three (3) one-year automatic renewals of the License;
NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree to amend the License Agreement as follows:
Section 3. Term. Section 3 is deleted in its entirety and replaces with:
"Subject to the earlier termination as hereinafter set forth, this License Agreement shall be for a
term ("License Term") of one year, with three (3) one-year automatic renewals. Occupancy of
the Premises during the License Term shall only be during the dates and times approved by the
City pursuant to Section 5 hereunder."
All other terms and conditions of the License Agreement remain unchanged and in full
force and effect.
This License Amendment is effective as of October 1, 2016.
