KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that CITY OF FORT WORTH, a home rule municipal corporation of
the state of Texas,Lessor, executed and delivered to FOUR SEVENS ENERGY CO., LLC, an Amendment to Oil, Gas, and
Mineral Lease dated February 25, 2009 (the "Lease"). The lease was recorded in the Tarrant County Deed Records at
Document Number D209099344 and covers the following described land:
Lot A, Block 10, Highland Homes Addition to the City of Fort
Worth, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded in
Volume 388-46, Page 826, Deed Records of Tarrant County,
Texas.
The Amendment to Oil and Gas Lease,with all of its terms,covenants and other provisions, is referred to and
incorporated into this Memorandum for all purposes. If there is a conflict between the terms of this Memorandum and the
terms of the Amendment to Oil and Gas Lease,the terms of the Amendment to Oil and Gas Lease shall control in all
respects. Lessor and Lessee have possession of fully executed copies of the Amendment to Oil and Gas Lease.
The purpose of this Memorandum of Amendment to Oil and Gas Lease is to evidence the existence of the
Amendment to the Oil and Gas Lease that corrects the terms of the lease and to give third parties notice of the same.
