MEMORANDUM OF OIL AND GAS LEASE

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

BE IT REMEMBERED that on thei -� day of AA h �e 2010, a Paid Up
Oil and Gas Lease was made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a
home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort
Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called "(LESSOR) and CHESAPEAKE EXPLORATION,
LLC, P.O. Box 18496, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73154, hereinafter called ("LESSEE"), where
LESSOR hereby grants, leases and lets exclusively to LESSEE for the purpose of exploring for,
developing, producing and marketing oil and gas, together with any liquid or gaseous substances
produced in association therewith, from the following described land situated in Tarrant County,
Texas, to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Subject to the other provisions therein contained, said lease provides for a primary term
of two (2) years, from the date thereof, and as long thereafter as oil or gas or other substances
covered therein are produced in paying quantities from the leased premises or from lands pooled
therewith, or this lease is otherwise maintained in effect pursuant to the provisions therein.
An Executed copy of said Oil and Gas Lease is in the possession of LESSEE at its
address indicated above.

EXHIBIT A
Being 0.754 acres of land located in the Russell G.B. Williams Survey, Abstract No. 1669 and
the Jacob Brockman Survey, Abstract No. 102, Tarrant County, Texas, being the tract of land
described in the deed to the City of Fort Worth, recorded in Volume 7089, Page 1269, Deed
Records, Tarrant County, Texas and being Lot 2-A, Block 1-R, Woodhaven Country Club
Estates, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas according to the plat
recorded in Volume 388-149, Page 95, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas.
Said 0.754 acres of land being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron rod found at the northwest corner of said Lot 2-A, said iron rod lying
in the east right-of-way of Woodhaven Boulevard (68 foot wide right-of-way) and said iron rod
being the south corner of Lot 1, Block 36, Woodhaven Country Club Estates, Phase VII, an
addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas according to the plat recorded in
Volume 388-143, Page 32, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE N83058'12"E, along the common line of said Lot 2-A and Lot 1, a distance of 197.43
feet to a point;
THENCE SO4003'15"E, along the east line of said Lot 2-A, a distance of 154.51 feet to a 1/2"
iron rod found at the southeast corner of said Lot 2-A, said iron rod being the northeast corner of
Lot 2-13, Block 1R, Woodhaven Country Club Estates, Phase 1X, an addition to the City of Fort
Worth, Tarrant County, Texas according to the plat recorded in Volume 388-159, Page 52, Plat
Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE S83058'12"W, along the common line of said Lot 2-A and Lot 2-13, at 156.25 feet
passing a 1/2" iron rod found at the southwest corner of said Lot 2-A, said iron rod being the
northwest corner of said Lot 2-13, in all a distance of 192.49 feet to a point lying in the apparent
centerline of said Woodhaven Boulevard;
THENCE northerly along said Woodhaven Boulevard centerline, 152.04 feet along a non tangent
curve to the right, having a radius of 1,893.64 feet, a central angle of 04°36'01" and a chord
bearing N18°35'46"W, 152.00 feet to a point;
THENCE N73042'08"E, a distance of 34.00 feet to the point of beginning.
