THIRD RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 45063
AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BETWEEN
THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND DISPLAYS UNLIMITED, INC.
This THIRD RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 45063 ("Third
Renewal"), is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a home-rule
municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant
City Manager, and DISPLAYS UNLIMITED, INC, acting by and through Pamela McGann, its
General Manager. The City has designated the ARTS COUNCIL OF FORT WORTH &
TARRANT COUNTY, INC., to manage this Agreement on its behalf. The Contract Manager
shall act through its designated Public Art Collection Manager.
WHEREAS,the City is implementing the Fort Worth Public Art Program pursuant to the
Chapter 2, Section 2-56 through 2-61 of the Fort Worth Code of Ordinances to insure proper
stewardship of the City's public art collection;
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor entered into a Professional Services Agreement for
specific services for the purpose of assisting with the care and maintenance of the Public Art
Collection, the same being City Secretary Contract("CSC")No. 45063, (the "Agreement") along
with two addenda (CSC Nos. 45063-A1 and CSC Nos. 45063-A2 and two renewals (CSC 45063
RI and 45063 R2) (collectively,the"Agreement");
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Agreement, Contractor has agreed to perform services for
the City on an as-needed basis through individual addenda;
WHEREAS, the Contract provides for an initial one-year term and for the possibility of
three, one-year renewals, at the sole discretion of the City;
WHEREAS, the parties exercised the first renewal option, which expired on December
1, 2015, and a second renewal options, which expired on December 1,2016;
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor desire to continue this relationship by extending
and renewing the Agreement for a one-year renewal period effective beginning on December 2,
2016, and expiring on December 1, 2017.
NOW,THEREFORE, City and Contractor do covenant and agree as follows:

The City and Contractor hereby agree to renew and extend the Agreement for a one-year
renewal period, effective on the 2nd day of December 2016, and ending on December 1, 2017
("Third Renewal Term").

All terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect during the
Third Renewal Term unless specifically amended herein.
3.
All terms in this Third Renewal that are capitalized but not defined shall have the
meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Third Renewal in Fort Worth,
Tarrant County,Texas, effective this 2nd day of December,2016.
