MEMORANDUM OF OIL AND GAS LEASE

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF TARRANT §
BE IT REMEMBERED that on the day of A10 1/F_M g g k , 2009, a Paid Up
Oil and Gas Lease was made and entered into y and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a
home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort
Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called "(LESSOR)"; and FOUR SEVENS ENERGY CO.,
LLC, 201 Main Street, Suite 1455, Fort Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called ("LESSEE"),
where LESSOR hereby grants, leases and lets exclusively to LESSEE for the purpose of
exploring for, developing, producing and marketing oil and gas, together with any liquid or
gaseous substances produced in association therewith, from the following described land
situated in Tarrant County, Texas,to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT"A"ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Subject to the other provisions therein contained, said lease provides for a primary term
of two (2) years, from the date thereof, and as long thereafter as oil or gas or other substances
covered therein are produced in paying quantities from the leased premises or from lands pooled
therewith, or this lease is otherwise maintained in effect pursuant to the provisions therein.
An Executed copy of said Oil and Gas Lease is in the possession of LESSEE at its
address indicated above.

.899 acres of land, more or less, out of the E. Ellis Survey, A-462, and further described
as the two(2)tracts as follows:
Tract 1: .512 acres of land, more or less, out of the E. Ellis
Survey, A-462, conveyed to the City of Fort Worth by Warranty
Deed in Volume 2485, Page 516, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas as Lots 39-C, 39-D and the South 25 feet of Lot 39-B, a
revision of Lot 39, Westside Acres addition to the City of River
Oaks, Tarrant County, Texas and further described as follows:
Lot 39, Westside Acres Addition to the City of
River Oaks, Tarrant County, Texas.
SAVE AND EXCEPT: BEGINNING at the
Northwest corner of said Lot 39;
THENCE East along the north line of Lot 39,
102.3 ft. to the Northeast corner of Lot 39;
THENCE South along the east lot line, 164.3 ft.
to a point for corner;
THENCE West 102 ft. more or less to a point in
the west line of Lot 39;
THENCE North along the west lot line, 163 ft.
to the place of beginning.
Tract 2: .387 acres of land, more or less, out of the E. Ellis
Survey, A-462, further described as follows:
Being the South 135 feet to Lot 40, Westside
Acres Addition, being more particularly
described by metes and bounds in that certain
deed dated October 7, 1952, from Louis Benton
and wife, Dorothy Jane Benton, as Grantor to
the City of Fort Worth, as Grantee recorded in
Volume 2485, Page 514 of the Official Public
Records of Tarrant County, Texas.
