MEMORANDUM OF OIL AND GAS LEASE

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT'S:
COUNTY OF TARRANT §
BE IT REMEMBERED that on the _ 42_ day of 4A A-Q c 2010, a Paid Up
Oil and Gas Lease was made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a
home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort
Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called "(LESSOR)"; and CHESAPEAKE EXPLORATION,
LLC, P.O. Box 18496, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73154, hereinafter called ("LESSEE"), where
LESSOR hereby grants, leases and lets exclusively to LESSEE for the purpose of exploring for,
developing, producing and marketing oil and gas, together with any liquid or gaseous substances
produced in association therewith, from the following described land situated in Tarrant County,
Texas,to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT"A"ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Subject to the other provisions therein contained, said lease provides for a primary term
of two (2) years, from the date thereof, and as long thereafter as oil or gas or other substances
covered therein are produced in paying quantities from the leased premises or from lands pooled
therewith, or this lease is otherwise maintained in effect pursuant to the provisions therein.
An Executed copy of said Oil and Gas Lease is in the possession of LESSEE at its
address indicated above.

EXHIBIT A
0.853244 acres, more or less, more particularly described in the following three (3) tracts:
A parcel of land out of Lot 1-A, Brown-Harwood Subdivision, according to plat record in
Volume 388-27, page 63, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, more particularly described using
the Texas Coordinate System, North Central Zone, coordinates and bearings as follows:
BEGINNING, at a 1/2" iron pin at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1-A, the coordinates of said
beginning point are: x=2,082,107.88 and y=390,265.59;
THENCE: North 89 degrees 59 minutes 05 seconds East, with the north line of said Lot 1-A,
5.74 feet to a point, said point being easterly a perpendicular distance of 30.0 feet from the center
line of Yeager Street according to Paving Plans File No. K-649 on file at the Public Works
Department, City of Fort Worth;
THENCE: South no degrees 17 minutes 05 seconds west along a line 30.0 feet easterly of and
parallel with the center line of Yeager Street 142.32 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right,
the center of which bears North 89 degrees 42 minutes and 55 seconds West a radius distance of
13,213.07 feet;
THENCE: Southwesterly with said curve to the right 30.0 feet easterly of and concentric to the
center line of Yeager Street, an arc distance of 364.24 feet to a point in the southerly line in Lot
1-A;
THENCE: North 67 degrees 38 minutes 34 seconds West with the southerly line of said Lot 1-A,
2.89 feet to a 5/8" iron pin at its southwest corner;
THENCE: North no degrees 30 minutes 26 seconds East with the west line of said Lot 1-A,
505.4 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2,792.33 square feet of land more or less,
containing 0.064103 acres, more or less.
AND,
Lot 1-B of a revision of Lots 1 through 27 Brown-Harwood Subdivision, an Addition to the City
of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, according to the Plat of Records in Vol. 388-27, Page 63,
Plat Records, Tarrant, County, Texas; said property being formerly known as Lots 25 and 26,
Brown-Harwood Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas,
containing 0.315657 acres, more or less.
AND,
Lots Twenty-Four(24) and Twenty-Seven (27), Brown-Harwood Subdivision, according to the
plat recorded in Book 204, Page 106, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, containing
0.473484 acres,more or less.
