Re: License Agreement between the City of Fort Worth and Fiesta Mart, Incorporated for use
of space at Fiesta Mart#76, located at 4245 East Berry Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76105.

Dear Mr. Peterson:
The City of Fort Worth entered into a License Agreement with Fiesta Mart, Inc. on October 1,
2015, (CSC#47063), for use of space at Fiesta Mart#76, located at 4245 East Berry Street, Fort
Worth, Texas 76105 by the Municipal Court Dept. for a satellite office. The Agreement was
recently renewed for one year via email notification in July 2016.
We appreciate and thank you for the opportunity to work with you and your staff.
The people with Fiesta Mart have been wonderful.
However, with much regret, the City of Fort Worth needs to terminate the License Agreement at
the 4245 East Berry location due to departmental changes within the Municipal Court Dept. that
affects the budget.
This letter serves as notice of the City's early termination of the License Agreement, (CSC
#47063). The termination effective date is January 31,2017 and the Municipal Court will vacate
the Licensed Premises on or before the effective date.
The signatures on the following page confirm agreement by all parties of this early termination
and releases all parties of all obligations under this License Agreement and all obligations under
subsequent agreements related to this License Agreement as of the effective date of January 31,
2017.
