AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT

COUNTY OF TARRANT §
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth("Lessor"), acting by and through its duly authorized
Assistant City Manager and Bertha Hardin_ made and entered into a _50_ year Lease
Agreement("Lease") on_February 1, 1982_for property described as Lot_9_, Block_15,
Lake Worth Lease Survey, aka 7348 Love Circle,Fort Worth 76135 and
WHEREAS the current lessee under the lease—Ann Krieger_ desires to add her
spouse,_Alex Krieger ,as an additional Lessee of the Leased Land; and
WHEREAS, _Alex Krieger desires and agrees to become a "Lessee" under the
Lease and be subject to all rights and obligations contained under the Lease; and
WHEREAS, Lessor has platted or replatted the Leased Land since 1990 to correctly
identify and describe the Leased Land and amend the original lease agreement as shown on the
plat recorded in cabinet A, Slide 9348A; and
NOW THEREFORE, Lessor and Ann Krieger and Alex Krieger acting
herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, for and in consideration of the rent
paid, the covenants and agreements to be performed, and other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, enter into the following
agreement, which amends the Lease as follows:
1. The Lease is amended to provide that the Lessees of the Leased Land shall be Ann and
Alex Krieger.
Except as amended by this Amendment, all of the terms and conditions of the Lease are
ratified and remain in full force and effect.
