AMENDMENT TO CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NO. 31019
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth("City"),
a home-rule municipality in the State of Texas, acting through Libby Watson, its duly
authorized Assistant City Manager, and Big Bird Tree Service, Inc. ("Contractor"),
by and through Manasseh Philip, its duly authorized President.
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor, have entered into that certain agreement
identified as City Secretary Contract No. 31019 for the transportation of Mulch from
the City's Southeast Service Station, for a period of thirty (30) days beginning
December 7, 2004 and ending January 6, 2005; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to amend said City Secretary
Contract No. 31019 to extend such term until April 1, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS CONTRACT FURTHER WITNESSETH:
City Secretary Contract No. 31019, currently on file in the office of the City Secretary
of the City of Fort Worth is hereby amended so that the term of such Agreement shall
extend until April 1, 2005.
All other terms and conditions of City Secretary Contract No. 31019 remain in full
force and effect.
