Professional Services Agreement-Aqua Metric tic Sales Company
This Amendment is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter
"City"), a home rule municipal corporation situated in portions of Tarrant, Denton and Wise
Counties, Texas, with its principal place of business at 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas, and
Aqua Metric Sales Company (hereafter "Contractor"), a Texas Corporation, acting by and
through Michael Cartwright, it duly authorized Operations Manager, each individually referred
to as a"party"and collectively referred to as the "parties."
WHEREAS, the parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract Number 46770 (the "Contractor"), which was executed on June 17, 2015 with an
effective date of May 24, 2016; and
WHEREAS,the Contract is for the purpose of exchanging the City's large water meters
three inches and above currently in place as directed by the City and in compliance with the
Water Department's Large Meter Exchange Program; and
WHEREAS,the original compensation was an amount not to exceed $48,850.98; and
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor, now wish to increase the annual compensation by
$93,985.26 for an amended amount not to exceed $142,836.17 for continued services pursuant to
the original Contract to allow the Contractor to provide additional standard large water meter
installations of meter size three (3) inches and above in accordance with the original EXHIBIT
A, STATEMENT OF WORK; and
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor now wish to increase the total large meters to be
replaced in accordance with the revised EXHIBIT B;
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Contractor acting herein by the through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement to amend the contract:

Section 3, Compensation. The City shall pay the Contractor an amount not to exceed
$142,836.17 in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
2.
All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.
