COUNTY OF TARRANT $
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth (City) and TranSystems
Corporation Consultants, (Engineer) made and entered into City
Secretary Contract No. 28436, (the Contract) which was authorized
by the City Council by M&C C-19457 on the 4th day of February
2002, and subsequently revised by six previous amendments; and
WHEREAS, the Contract involves engineering services for the
following project:
Engineering contract for the design of Berry Street
Streetscape Project from Waits Avenue to Forest Park Blvd.
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 7
to said Contract to include an increased scope of work and revised
maximum fee;
NOW THEREFORE, City and Engineer, acting herein by and
through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the
following agreement which amends the Contract:

Article I of the Contract is amended to include the
additional engineering services specified in a proposal letter
dated April 22, 2005, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein. The cost to City for the additional design
services to be performed by Engineer total $7, 160.00.
2.
Article II of the Contract is amended to provide for an
increase in the maximum fee to be paid to Engineer for all work
and services performed under the Contract, as amended, so that the
total fee paid by the City for all work and services shall not
exceed the sum of $330,551.20.

All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended
herein shall remain in full force and effect.

Change in Scope —CVS Driveway/Site Modifications
Dear Mr. Domenech,
To expand the scope of the project, we are requesting an additional fee of
$7,160.00 dollars. The additional work is outlined below:
• Topographic survey of north west comer of CVS property (Approx 3/acre)
• Prepare construction plans for relocation of existing driveway and site
modifications on CVS property. Plans will include grading, curb layout,
driveway layout, pavement striping and storm drain.
Original Contract Fee $262,376.00
Executed Amendment No. 1 (Geotech) $ 6,600.00
Executed Amendment No. 2 (SUE) $ 18,370.20
Executed Amendment No. 3 (Add Y2 block) $ 20,285.00
Executed Amendment No. 4 (Exhibits) $ 2,000.00
