WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth ("City") and Perkins+Will, Inc. ("Architect") made
and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 47468 (the Contract) which was
authorized by the City Council by M&C C-27600, the 12th day of January, 2016, for the
design of the Far North Library; and Amendments No. 1 & 2 were administratively
executed in the amount of $6,000.00 to include the designated Amendment No. 1's
Attachment "A" and to complete easement vacation exhibits & create access easement
exhibits; and
WHEREAS, further amendment is necessary to increase the current reimbursable
expense allowance to reimburse the Architect as part of the design services agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, City and Architect, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement which amends the
Contract:

Article I, (6) — Scope of Services, a paragraph shall be added to read as follows:
Provide additional reimbursable expense allocation to proceed into the
construction administration phase of the Project. The additional reimbursable
expense allocation is $5,000.00. The scope of services is described more fully in
Perkin+Will's letter, Attachment "C" dated March 20, 2017, subject: "Re: Fort
Worth Far North Branch Library, Additional Service Request 02 — Additional
Reimbursable Expense Allocation ".

Article II, (1) — Compensation, first paragraph, is amended as follows:
"Consultant shall be compensated in accordance with the Fee Schedule shown
in Attachment "C". Payment shall be considered full compensation for all labor,
materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete the services
described in Attachment "C". However the total fee paid by the City shall not
exceed a total of $660,900.00 which includes $20,000.00 in reimbursable
expenses unless the City and the Consultant mutually agree upon a fee amount
for additional services and amend this Agreement accordingly."
3.
All other provisions of this Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.
