These items include reimbursement for plat filing, easement filing and related printing costs. Amendment No. 1 to the project contract included platting of the property but specifically excluded filing fees and related costs which were to be paid by the City. In an effort to maintain project progress, the plat filing fees and related costs were paid by our team. This request for amendment would permit us to be reimbursed for these expenses. To date the costs expended total $4,175.89. It is estimated that an additional $600.00 may be required to allow for County filing and preparation/filing of separate instruments to Oncor. We therefore request that the contract be amended to add a total of$4,775.89 to the project consultant fees. The City will be billed on the basis of actual costs incurred. If this proposal meets with your approval, please initiate preparation of a contract agreement at your convenience. Please call if you have any questions concerning any of the items herein or specifically omitted. Sincerely, The Landscape Alliance Gary P.Kutilek,RLA 951 W.
