Cybergolf will perform the following services for the Municipality named above:
• Cybergolf will design a custom website for the Municipality named above. The web site will contain
categories(pages)that are accessible through the home page—including a custom designed home page.
• Home page will contain a customized flash design and will also feature the five golf courses for the City
of Fort Worth, TX.
• Cybergolf will design "self-administration'capabilities for the Home Page and remaining"custom pages"
—to be specified by municipality named above. Please note: Municipality named above will have the
ability to add as many pages to their site as desired via the custom administration.
• In addition, Cybergolf will build in an online "Master Calendar"with full self-administration capabilities
so Municipality named above can post up their calendar of events at any time.
• Cybergolf will build out up to 20 pages of content(either new or pre-existing content). Each additional
page of content can be built out by a representative for Municipality named above for no additional
charge using the tools provided within the web site administration capabilities. Or, Cybergolf will build
out additional pages beyond the initial 20 pages for an hourly rate of$125 per hour.
• The Municipality named above will supply all storyboard content for the web site stated within this
agreement. In addition,the Municipality named above will be given a maximum of three reviews for the
home page and overall site design. Any additional review cycles will be charged at an hourly rate of$125
per hour.Note: Hosting of web site for Municipality named above will be done by separate agreement.
The City of Fort Worth shall have final approval of all content and design of the website.
This is an agreement for the services stated above for the Municipality named above,and Cybergolf will perform the services
stated above in a timely manner.This agreement authorizes a representative from Cybergolf to access the graphics via the
web site or any other source for the Municipality named above for the purpose of completing the services stated within this
agreement.In no event will Cybergolf be liable for consequential damages.The following fee(s)will be charged to the
Municipality named above for the services stated within this agreement:
• ** Special Pricing is a one-time design fee of$2000
