AMENDMENT NUMBER 2 TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 46710
Master Professional Services Agreement
This Amendment Number 2 to the Master Professional Services Agreement
("Amendment No. 2") is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter
"City"), a home rule municipal corporation situated in portions of Tarrant, Denton and Wise
Counties, Texas, with its principal place of business at 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas,
76102 and Strategic Government Resources, Inc., (hereafter "Consultant or SGR"), a Texas
Corporation, acting by and through Cindy Hanna, it duly authorized Managing Director of
Finance, each individually referred to as a"party" and collectively referred to as the "parties."
WHEREAS, the parties entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract Number
46710 (the"Agreement on June 2, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement was subsequently amended on September 27, 2014 by City
Secretary Contract Number 46710-01 ("Amendment No. 1"); and
WHEREAS, the City and SGR desire to increase the Interim Management Services
hourly rate.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and SGR hereby agree as follows.
1. The Interim Management Services hourly rate shall increase $3.14 per hour from
$62.86 to $66.00 an hour. The Interim Managers shall work a maximum of 40 hours per week
unless otherwise approved by the City. The total compensation stated in the Agreement and
Amendment No. 1 shall not be increased as a result of this Amendment No. 2.
2. All other provisions of the Agreement and Amendment No. 1 which are not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
