All work was completed, and the 412/262-1586 City approved Change Order No. 1 granting 41 additional days to the time required for Substantial Completion resulting in no liquidated damages. I have reviewed this El Paso.Texas pay application and the accompanying schedule of values. I am unaware of any 915/790-0790 outstanding issures,therefor I recommend payment of the requested amount.
