Drilled support discovered during excavation,added $3,579
Time Extension
Oncor, Charter,ATT,and Atmos delayed the project from October 1, 2015 thru May 9,2016. Oncor had
utility poles and underground line that were not an adequate depth for the new roadway grades.
Charter,ATT, and Atmos' underground lines were also not at adequate depth for the new roadway
grades. Oncor cleared the project on January 12,2016, Charter cleared the project on January 26, 2016,
ATT cleared the project on April 26, 2016 and Atmos cleared the project May 9, 2016. During the delay
the contractor could not prepare the subgrade which resulted in a project delay. The City will grant the
contractor an additional 146 days for the franchise utility delay.
