Purpose of Change Order: The durations of several training classes as well as other on-site tasks have changed since the original drafting of the Statement of Work. The training classes have been streamlined based on customer feedback in an effort to minimize the time that students are away from their job responsibilities. In addition,improvements to the CSR user interface have simplified many tasks. 2. (Phase 1) 12.0 End-User Training for Managers and Call Center Users 12.3 Identify Forty(40) Students to be Training Customer has requested that Motorola conduct Two days of training which will consist of Four (4) Half-Day End-User Training Sessions (morning session is 8:30 am — 12:00 pin and the afternoon session is 1:00 pin — 4:30 pm). There will be a third day in the Customer's conference room to conduct ad hoc follow-on training. (Phase 1) 13.0 Advanced Reports Training for Analytics Analyst Users 13.4 Schedule Advanced Reports Review Session—Week 1,Days 1 —5 13.5 Conduct Advanced Reports Review Session—Week 1,Days 1 —5 (Phase 2) 9.0, 9.4,9.5 Advanced Reports Training is now a Three-Day Training Session. (Phase 1) 14.0 KnowledgeBase Training for Knowledge Authors 14.3 Identify Twenty(20) Students to be Trained 14.4 Schedule Two One-Day Training Sessions in the same Week (Phase 2) 10.0, 10.4, 10.5 Knowledge Base Training will consist of a Half-Day of classroom training for up to Ten (10) Students followed by a Half-Day of Knowledge Base configuration. The second day will also be Knowledge Base configuration. Equipment and Services Required: Not applicable. 3.
