FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 48499
BY AND BETWEEN
THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS AND MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS, INC.
This Amendment is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Customer") and Motorola
Solutions, Inc. ("Motorola").
WHEREAS, Customer and Motorola entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 48499 ("Agreement") on December 23, 2016, whereby Motorola
agreed to provide certain hosting services for Customer's PremierOne CSR system; and
WHEREAS, Motorola included two (2) people to attend the annual CSR user group
conference as part of the annual cloud hosting services for the Customer as outlined in Exhibit C
of the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, Section 3.2 of the Agreement permits Customer and Motorola to amend the
Agreement; and
WHEREAS,Motorola seeks to clarify the pre-paid users conference provision with regard
to the daily meal allowance; and
WHEREAS, both parties believe it is beneficial to their interests to enter into this
Amendment.
NOW THEREFORE, this Amendment evidences that in consideration of the promises
contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which
are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
A. The Agreement shall be amended to clarify the training expenses included in
Exhibit C are broken down as follows:
1. Revise Exhibit C to add the following:
"USERS CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE ADVANCE PURCHASE DETAILS
Users Conference Attendance($2,650 per Attendee)
Includes: Year 2017 Number Attendees 2
• Registration fee
• Roundtrip travel for event(booked by Motorola)
• Hotel accommodations(booked by Customer Agency per Motorola website instructions)
• Ground Transportation(booked by Motorola)
• Daily meal allowance'
'Daily meal allowance is determined by Motorola based on published guidelines. In no event will the amount provided exceed
attendee's applicable Agency rules regarding meal expenses, provided the attendee or his/her agency notifies Motorola in advance
of the conference of any restrictions,prohibitions or limitations that apply.

B. Unless otherwise amended herein,the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall
remain unchanged and in full force and effect. This Amendment is not obligating the City to pay
any additional money under the Agreement. t r
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the Parties have executed this Amendment this the `��day
