Please consider this letter as the Final Completion Letter described in paragraph 1.4.16 of our Agreement
with the City of Fort Worth. Listed below are the dates of substantial completion along with the
corresponding dates when the Warranty Period expired.
Substantial Completion Expiration of Warranty
Firing Range October 10,2014 October 10,2015
Balance of PSTC Project March 13,2015 March 13,2016
Fire Station 17 December 21,2015 December 21, 2016
Post substantial completion, we have completed numerous facility enhancements with the latest being
completed on May 10,2017. Based on this date,we believe that May 10,2017 should be established as the
date for Final Completion.
Pay application 42 (copy attached) was for the remaining costs for the Project. This pay application
identifies a final cost for the Project in the amount of$101,299,135.72 which results in a cost savings of
$173,3 62.28 for the City.
