INTERGOVERNMENTAL TRANSFER OF HISTORICAL RECORDS
THIS CONTRACT AND AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the
Governmental agencies shown below as Contracting Parties.

11. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF UTA LIBRARIES:
The UT Arlington Libraries, the repository under the State of Texas' Regional Historical
Resources Depository program of certain materials of the City of fort Worth (Fort Worth
Public Library), agrees to return to the physical custody the City of Fort Worth (Fort
Worth Public Library), the materials enumerated herewith:
• Fort Worth Daily Gazette(daily and weekly editions), 1878-1892.
(10.5 oversize boxes + 1 disbound volume)
• Fort Worth Daily Democrat(includes Fort Worth Daily Standard), 1876-1881.
(3.5 oversize boxes, 2 disbound volumes).
Note: holdings are not complete; many duplicate issues are included.
111. STATEMENT OF SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED:
The City of Fort Worth (Fort Worth Public Library) agrees:
• To provide public access to all public records subject to this agreement;
• To move at its expense said records from The University of Texas at Arlington to
its premises; and ,y ,

IV. TERM OF CONTRACT:
This contract will remain in place until revoked by written agreement of the parties.
