is mendment ("Amendment") is dated August 9, 2017, by and between American
Airlines, Inc. ("Licensor") and the City of Fort Worth ("Licensee"), each individually
referred to as a "Party" and together referred to as the "Parties."
WHEREAS, the Parties entered into a Water Facility Exclusive License Agreement
effective January 9, 2017, which is known as City Secretary Contract No. 48597 and is
also filed in the deed records of Tarrant County as D217016692 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Licensor and Licensee to amend the
Agreement to add additional property to the definition of Licensed Property in the
Agreement to allow Licensor to install a water meter.
NOW THEREFORE, KNOWN ALL BY THESE PRESENT:
Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 48597 is hereby amended to be effective on
June 25, 2017, by:
1. Amending Section 2 of the Agreement to include the following property in
the definition of Licensed Property, which is more particularly described by
metes and bounds attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A-1 and
incorporated herein for all pertinent purposes:
Being a 0.012 acre tract of land situated in the William G. Matthews
Survey, Abstract Number 1052, Tarrant County, Texas in the City of Fort
Worth being a portion of Lot 1, Block 3, American Airlines Addition
according to the plat recorded in Volume 388-133, Page 60, Plat Records
of Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of the tract of land described
in the deed to Dallas-Fort Worth Regional Airport Board recorded in
Volume 6710, Page 520, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; and
2. Licensor shall be allowed to install a water meter on the Licensed Property
included in Exhibit A-1 as depicted in Exhibit B, attached hereto and
incorporated herein for all pertinent purposes.
All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of said Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.

METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION
BEING a 0.012 acre tract of land situated in the William G. Matthews Survey, Abstract Number 1052, Tarrant
County, Texas in the City of Fort Worth being a portion of Lot 1, Block 3, American Airlines Addition according
to the plat recorded in Volume 388-133, Page 60, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion
of the tract of land described in the deed to Dallas—Fort Worth Regional Airport Board recorded in Volume
6710, Page 520, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; said 0.012 acre tract of land being more particularly
described as follows;
COMMENCING at a point in the easterly right—of—way line of American Boulevard (a variable width
right—of—way) for the northwesterly corner of said Lot 3, Block 1;
THENCE with the easterly right—of—way line of American Boulevard South 00' 02' 06" West a distance of 96.12
feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod with a cap stamped 'Dunaway Assoc LP" set for the POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE departing the easterly right—of—way line of American Boulevard North 88' 34' 53" East a distance of
