(Engineer) made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 45032 (The Contract) which was administratively executed in the amount of $23,500.00. WHEREAS, further amendment is necessary to reimburse the Engineer for professional services for the project as part of the design services agreement; and NOW THEREFORE, City and Architect, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement which amends the Contract: 1. Article 1.1, SECTION I —SERVICES OF THE ENGINEER, the following paragraph is added to read as follows: "Provide additional Material Testing Services for the construction of Phase Two of the North Service Center. The fee for these services is a Not to Exceed amount of$30,271.00 and the scope of services is described in the Mas- Tek Engineering and Services, Inc. letter dated August 28, 2017, Re: CMT Testing, North Service Center phase 2, Additional Construction Cost, Fort Worth, Texas 76102, Mas-Tek Proposal No. 08-04-C attached hereto a Attachment"D"and made a part of this Agreement" "Provide Materials Testing Services for the construction of the North Service Center. The fee for these services is a Not to Exceed amount of$150,000.00 and the scope of services is described in the Mas-Tek Engineering and Associates, Inc. letter dated February 18, 2015, Re: CMT Testing, North Service Center, Fort Worth, Texas 76102, Mas-Tek Proposal No. 02-06-C attached hereto as Attachment"C"and made a part of this Agreement" "Provide additional equipment (atv boring rig) for the implementation of on-site boring to produce a complete Geotechnical Investigation Report. The fee for these services is $1,000.00 and the scope of services is described in the Mas-Tek Engineering & Associates, Inc. letter dated November 1, 2013, Subject: Supplemental Proposal, Proposed North Service Center Fort Worth, Texas, AGG Proposal No. P13-1102E, attached hereto as Attachment "A" and made a part of this Agreement" "Provide supplement Geotechnical investigation to the existing Geotechnical Investigation Report. The fee for these services is $5,000.00 and the scope of services is described in the Mas-Tek Engineering &Associates, Inc. letter dated February 5, 2014, Subject: Proposal for Supplemental Investigation, Proposed North Service Center, Fort Worth, Texas, MTE Proposal No. P14-0203E attached hereto as Attachment "B" and made a part of this Agreement" 2. Paragraph 1 of SECTION V-COMPENSATION TO ENGINEER, is amended as follows: "The total compensation for all of the assignments to be performed by Engineer as described in CHARACTER AND EXTENT of ENGINEER'S SERVICES hereof shall be a fixed fee of$209,771.00.
