TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth (CITY) and Alan Plummer
Associates, Inc. , (ENGINEER) made and entered into City
Secretary Contract No. 42955, (the CONTRACT) which was
authorized by M&C C-25449 on the 21st day of February, 2012;
and
WHEREAS, the CONTRACT was subsequently revised by:
Amendment No. 1 in the amount of $39,000 .00 which was
administratively authorized on July 20th 2012 , Amendment No. 2
in the amount of $3311662 .00 .00 which was authorized by M&C C-
26741 on September 24, 2013, Amendment No.3 in the amount of
$261, 908 .00 which was authorized by M&C C-27083 on November
180, 20141 Amendment No. 4 in the amount of $407 ,846.00 which
was authorized by M&C C-27644 on March 22, 2016 and Amendment
No. 5 in the amount of $32,990 .00 which was administratively
authorized on August 31, 2016.
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment
No. 6 to the CONTRACT to include an increased scope of work
and revised fee.
WHEREAS, the CONTRACT involves engineering services for
the following project:
Casino Beach and Watercress Drive - Water and Sanitary
Sewer Improvements

NOW THEREFORE, CITY and ENGINEER, acting herein by and7AH through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the t

Article I of the CONTRACT is amended to include the ® V
additional engineering services specified in a proposal dated
September�9, 20171 a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein. The cost to City for the additional
design services to be performed by Engineer total $15, 340 . 00

Article II of the CONTRACT is amended to provide for an �Q
increase in the fee to be paid to Engineer for all work and �,IVEG

total fee paid by the City for all work and services shall be
an amount of $11785,701.00

All other provisions of the Contract, which are not
expressly amended herein, shall remain in full force and
effect.

Jenkin Heights Lift Station Decommissioning,Meadow Lakes Force main and Roxanne Way
Waterline Project,Contract Amendment No.6
Dear Mr.Norwood:
This Contract Amendment No.6 is provided for the detailed design of the Meadow Lakes Force Main
alignment changes,additional land acquisition support and additional topographic survey services.
This amendment is necessary to collect topographic survey and route the force main along a portion of
the existing easement to avoid the intersection of Boat Club Road and Shadydell Dr.The Engineer will
perform the work outlined below.
1) Modify plans to reflect new topographic conditions.
2) Modify plans to reflect new pipe alignment.
3) Manage survey sub-consultant.
4) Assist the City in easement acquisition process including field meetings with property owners
and coordination of Temporary Right of Entry for topographic survey.
