SECOND RENEWAL OF MANAGEMENT
AND LEASE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS City of Fort Worth ("Lessor") and the Fort Worth Community Arts Center ("Lessee") previously
entered into that certain Management and Lease Agreement (the "Agreement') (City Secretary No. 32703)
as approved by M&C C-21072, Renewal of Management and Lease Agreement(City Secretary No.
32703-R1) and Amendment to Management and Lease Agreement (City Secretary No. 32703-A1);
WHEREAS Section 1.2 of the Agreement permits two successive renewal terms of five (5) years each;
WHEREAS the Lessee exercised its first renewal option (City Secretary No. 32703-R1) which will terminate
on October 31, 2015; and
WHEREAS the Lessor and Lessee now wish to exercise the second five(5) year renewal option.

THEREFORE this Second Renewal of Management and Lease Agreement is made and entered into
between Lessor and Lessee for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.
1. Lessor and Lessee agree that effective November 1, 2015 the Lease shall be extended for a
term of five (5) years and shall expire on October 31, 2020.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
