FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 48412
This Amendment is made between the Motorola Solutions,Inc. ("Motorola"), and the City of
Fort Worth("Fort Worth"), a municipal corporation, acting herein by and through Susan
Alanis, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager.
WHEREAS, MOTOROLA and FORT WORTH entered into an Agreement identified as
Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 48412 for a period of eight(8)years beginning January
1, 2017 and
WHEREAS,MOTOROLA AND FORT WORTH wish to modify the pricing for services
provided under the Agreement and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both MOTOROLA and FORT WORTH to
amend the Agreement to reflect the modification of the pricing schedule.
NOW THEREFORE, KNOWN ALL BY THESE PRESENT:
Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 48412 is hereby amended to be effective on January 1,
2018 by:
1. Replacing Section 5 (Pricing) of the ASTRO P25 INFRASTRUCTURE
NETWORK MANAGED SERVICES STATEMENT OF WORK with Attachment
A of this amendment.
All other terms,provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of said Agreement not expressly
amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.

•Pricing Is based on all services existing on a contract between the City of Fort Worth and Motorola. Should services or portions of the quoted System above be modified,
the price is subject to change
•Pricing for DiagnostX has been prorated for 2017 due to contract 500001021980 being in place until 01 July 2017.
`Pricing for WAVE has been prorated for 2017 due to equipment and services being under warranty until 03 August 2017.
•MOSCAD Services pricing is included for each site that is covered under Managed Services. Should sites be removed from the Managed Services,the monitoring of
MOSCAD devices may require additional pricing.
