LEASE AMENDMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND
INTERNATIONAL SISTER CITIES ASSOCIATION OF FORT WORTH, INC.
WHEREAS, International Sister Cities Association of Fort Worth, Inc., a non-profit
Texas Corporation("Lessee")entered into a Lease Agreement("Lease") (City Secretary Contract
No. 45334) effective as of January 30, 2014 with City of Fort Worth, a Texas home rule
municipal corporation ("Lessor") for leased premises located at 908 Monroe Street, Fort Worth,
Texas,more particularly described in the Lease ("Leased Premises); and
WHEREAS, the Lessee and Lessor desire to amend the lease to define the Leased
Premises.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the rentals set forth in the Lease, the parties
agree to amend the lease as follows:
Exhibit A: Exhibit A of the lease is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety with
Exhibit A Fifth Floor Plan, attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
Common Area Space: "Common Area Space" is defined as the hallways on the fifth
floor; stairs and elevators in the Building; and the elevator lobby on the first floor. The Lessee
may use Common Area Space for ingress and egress for the Leased Premises.
Shared Space: KitchenBreakroom area (#531 on Exhibit A) and the fifth floor
restrooms (#528 and #529 on Exhibit A) shall be shared space with other occupants of the fifth
floor space so that Lessee and other authorized Building users equally share in the use of the
KitchenBreakroom area and fifth floor restrooms. The Conference Room (#514 on Exhibit A)
shall be shared space, however, Lessee shall have the first right of use of the Conference Room
at such times as may be necessary for their operations, and shall be the scheduler of the use of
the Conference Room.
All other terms and conditions of the Lease remain unchanged and in full force and
effect.
