This letter shall serve as notice that the license agreement for use of space at the Tri-Ethnic
Community Center expired on 8/31/2017.Per your agreement,you have 10 successive one I
year renewal periods available.
If you agree to renew and would like to exercise your first renewal option period from
9/1/2017 to 8/31/2018,please have this notice signed by the appropriate party and
return via email to a lark.brown(@fortworthtexas.gov for execution and the assignment of a
contract number in the Office of the City Secretary of Fort Worth. A fully executed copy will j
be returned to you for your files.
