Purpose of Change Order: Phase 2 does not include a Vue Works interface. Change Order 4 adds the Vue Works interface to Phase 2b. Phase 2 also includes interfaces for departments that are part of Phase 3. Therefore,those interfaces will be moved to Phase 3 so they can be implemented along with their corresponding department's CSR configuration. The Statement of Work specifies Implementation Services Payment Milestones for Phase 2 that are no longer valid due to the Change Order 3 updates that divide Phase 2 into Phase 2a and Phase 2b. 2. Description of Change: The following tasks will be added: (Phase 2b) 6.15 Interface Configuration— Vue Works 6.15.1 Identify City Technical Resource to Support Vue Works Interface 6.15.2 Provide
