AMENDMENT TO CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NO. 32452
WHEREAS, on October 5, 2005, the City of Fort Worth("City") and Fort Worth Shadow
Hill Affordable Associates, dba Spring Hill Apartments ("Apartment") made and entered into
City Secretary Contract No. 32452 ("Agreement");
and WHEREAS, it the mutual desire of City and Apartment to amend the units covered
under the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, City, whose address is 1000 Throckmorton St., Fort Worth TX
76102, acting by and through Joe Paniagua, its duly authorized Acting Assistant City Manager,
and Apartment, whose address is 3100 Hamilton Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76104 (Apartment
address), acting by and through Pace Realty Corporation, its duly authorized Managing Agent, do
hereby agree as follows:

All other terms and conditions of City Secretary Contract No. 32452 not amended herein

ratified by the parties.
