RENEWAL OPTION NO. 1 TO CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NO. 30801
THIS Contract is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth("City"),a home-
rule municipality in the State of Texas, acting through Joe Paniagua, its duly
authorized Assistant City Manager,and Catholic Charities,Diocese of Fort Worth,Inc.
("Contractor"), by and through c nr'S its duly authorized

WHEREAS,the City and Catholic Charities,Diocese ofFort Worth,Inc.have entered
into that certain agreement identified as City Secretary Contract No. 30801 for a period
of one (1) year, ending September 29, 2005; and
WHEREAS, said City Contract provides for three (3) consecutive one (1) year
renewal options;
WHEREAS,it is the mutual desire of the parties to exercise its first renewal option for
said Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS CONTRACT FURTHER WITNESSETH:
City Secretary Contract No. 30801,currently on file in the office of the City Secretary
of the City of Fort Worth is hereby amended to allow the term of the Contract to
extend to September 30,2005 through September 29,2006.Contractor's compensation
for the renewal period shall be one hundred fifty-six thousand nine hundred twenty-
seven dollars and no cents ($156,927.00).
All other terms and conditions of City Secretary Contract No. 30801 remain in full
force and effect.
