41Id Z0" PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH NASHWEST, LLC
This Renewal is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter "City"),
a home rule municipal corporation situated in portions of Tarrant, Denton and Wise Counties,
Texas, with its principal place of business at 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas, and
NASHWEST,LLC (hereafter"Contractor"), an Ohio limited liability company.
WHEREAS, the parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 48814 (the "Contract"), which was executed on March 9, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the Contract for the purpose to provide database analysis and configuration;
and
WHEREAS,the original term of the Contract expired on October 31, 2017;
WHEREAS, the Contract allows for the Parties to renew the contract one time for a
period up to an additional year,to expire on October 31, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor have continued operating under the terms of the
Contract since October 31, 2017; and
WHEREAS,the City and Contractor, wish to memorialize their agreement to extend the
term of the Contract for continued services pursuant to the Contract for an additional year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Contractor acting herein by the through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement to amend the contract:
1. Renewal
The term of the Contract is hereby renewed for one year from the date of the last term
and the term shall expire October 31, 2018, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the
Contract. Extension of the term shall not increase Contractor's Fee under the Contract.
