AMENDMENT TO
ENTER-LOCAL AGREEMENT
FOR PARTIAL FUNDING OF JOB ACCESS PROJECT
BETWEEN
THE FORT WORTH TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
AND
THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,TEXAS
(City Secretary Contract Number 26218)
This agreement is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth, acting and through
Charles Boswell,its duly authorized Assistant City Manager,and The Fort Worth Transit Authority,by and
through Anthony V.Johnson,its duly authorized Assistant General Manager.
The City of Fort Worth and The Fort Worth Transit Authority have entered into that certain agreement
identified as City Secretary Contract No.26218 for the period beginning 30 September 2000 and ending 31
May 2001;and
It is the mutual desire of the parties to amend said City Secretary Contract No.26218.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS CONTRACT FURTHER WITNESSETH
That paragraph(2)of City Secretary Contract Number 26218 is hereby amended to read as follows:
The Fort Worth Transportation Authority will administer transportation services to the citizens of the City
of Fort Worth under the program known as Access to Jobs from 01 September 2000 to 30 September 2001.
All other terms and conditions
of City Secretary Contract No.26218 shall remain in full face and effect.
